FOC Factory Return Policy

All FOC Factory products are made to order — printed just for you through our trusted production partner. Because of this, we’re unable to offer returns or exchanges for reasons such as choosing the wrong size or a change of mind.

Please be sure to check the sizing chart and product details before placing your order.

That said, if your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, we’re here to help.
Just email us at [thefocfactory@gmail.com] within 14 days of delivery with:

• Your order number

• A clear photo of the item and the issue

We’ll arrange a free replacement or refund where appropriate.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

EU Customers — Right of Withdrawal

Under EU law, customers have the right to cancel or return an order within 14 days of receipt — for any reason and without justification.

However, this right does not apply to products that are made to order or clearly personalized, such as all FOC Factory items. Because every item is made specifically for each customer once an order is placed, we are unable to accept returns or cancellations under the EU "cooling-off" period rules.
